  8.       with your order. To get your ID number, press <D> at the
  9.       Pyrosaurus title screen.  Your ID number will be printed on
  10.       screen.  You will need to play and receive your first contest
  11.       before your ID number will appear.

  39.     * The amount must be in increments of $8: $8, $16, $24, etc.
  40.     * To get your ID Number: At the Pyrosaurus title screen, press D and
  41.       it will appear on screen (You have to play at least once before
  42.       you receive your ID number).
  43.     * It is okay to make your own order form as long as ALL the
  44.       information is included.
  45.     * Each $8 entitles you to play 7 contests!
  46.     * Once you have credit, your computer may still ask for your credit
  47.       information the next time that you send your team in (your
  48.       computer doesn't yet know that you have credit but we do). The
  49.       information must be entered but it does not have to be valid.
  50.     * Please allow one week for your credit to take effect.  Your team
  51.       will be rejected if you send it in before we get your check
  52.       recorded.

  59.      that you have credit but your computer won't. So your computer,
  60.      thinking you need more credit, may ask you for your credit card
  61.      information. This needs to be entered but as soon as you connect,
  62.      your computer will find out that you actually do have credit and
  63.      will not use the credit card information.
